Procrastination

 Procrastination is often called the thief of time. Procrastination is putting off tasks until the last minute or the deadline. More than 75% of people have procrastination tendencies. According to the article listed below the main reason people procrastinate is because we often have to feel inspired or motivated to work on a task at a particular moment. Other factors that can play a role in procrastination are academics, depression, OCD, and ADHD. Procrastination causes higher levels of stress and burdens of social relationships. Some ways to limit or get rid of procrastination are to make a to-do list, eliminate distractions, and take baby steps.
