I liked reading the book"Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage" by Alfred Lansing. I liked reading it because motivation plays a really big part in the survival and success of Shackleton's expedition. Even when facing needs in the icy wastelands of Antarctica, his determination and leadership inspire his crew to get through the terrible of circumstances. He does this by staying positive himself and making sure the crew feels like they are working together as a team. His ability to keep everyone’s spirits up and focused on their goal helps them keep going, even when things seemed hopeless. Shackleton’s leadership shows how important it is to stay motivated and supportive to get through the challenging times.
