definition]

Motivation
is the desire to do things. It can be mowing the lawn to reading a book. We all
have tendencies to procrastinate or not have the motivation to do something. It
takes a toll on our mental and physical health. But what is important is to
overcome these barriers and reach our full potential in order to succeed. When
we are motivated, we work better; our performance shows that as we enjoy
something, a given task, and excel at it. I can say so for myself; when I am
motivated, I am eager to show what I can do and I end up spending more time and
effort at something I do. For example, I've noticed that I have less
motivation in the morning than at night. As dawn enters, I feel that I have
more energy to do tasks. I think understanding your rhythm so closely and
utilizing the best moments of your day to enhance your performance on any given
task is imperative.

I think if
I am interested in a subject matter than I tend to easily motivate myself.
However, on the contrary, if I cannot relate to a subject than I tend to doze
off and cannot associate with the task at hand. More times than not I have to
force myself to do work but as you start, it gets easier.
Nothing is
really hard. I think key is to changing your attitude. If we try to find
pleasure in work then we can easily find it. Yet, if we grudge, nudge, and
complain, we only find disappointment. Look at the quote. When we want to make
things happen, we can. Just find your inner voice and silence the inner critic.
